comfortable mattress nice sauna

The room had a comfortable mattress. I found the spa area had a nice sauna. The swimming pool, hammam and sauna were included in the room rate. I appreciated the breakfast being served with a view.

The gym seemed small.

helpful staff beautiful cake ideal location convenient transfer

the staff, especially pinar, kevser, and ezgi, were helpful and kind! a beautiful cake awaited me, a sweet graduation surprise. the location was ideal, a short stroll to the galata tower and nearby cafes. the hotel also offered a convenient transfer from the airport, which i did not expect.

the street outside was a bit noisy.

lovely hotel with a superb view

helpful staff amazing view perfect size spa experience

i found the location to be quite good and the staff was very helpful. the room had an amazing view, which i appreciated every morning. the size of the room suited my needs perfectly, i had ample space. after a long day of exploring, the pool and spa provided a great way to relax.

The cleaning service had some inconsistencies. Sometimes cups were not as clean as i would have liked. i noticed the room wasn't always cleaned thoroughly each day. the sheets were not always changed. sometimes the bed was not made up to a high standard.

pricing discrepancies unprofessional practice

the breakfast options lacked variety the taxi service i scheduled through the hotel experienced pricing discrepancies i received one price initially only to discover a doubled charge upon arrival the driver then added an unexpected extra tax i consider this practice unprofessional and demand improved service i will not be using this service again

dirty cups uncleaned sheets

the room was acceptable and had a functional air conditioner.

The cleaning service was seriously lacking. Cups were always dirty. the room wasnt properly cleaned at all. sheets weren't changed. the bed wasnt made up well each day. this annoyed me.

bad coffee leaky roof

The hotel location was acceptable. It was close to transportation.

I found the breakfast disappointing. The coffee tasted bad. juices from the machine tasted artificial. the rooftop breakfast room had a leaky roof. Buckets were placed to catch water, not a pleasant sight during breakfast. the beds felt worn out and uncomfortable.
