My stay at The Hotels, Galata was a wonderful experience with its central location and amazing views from the breakfast area. However, I was a bit disappointed that my linens weren't changed during my week-long visit and I noticed some issues with the pool temperature. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff made up for these inconveniences.
